Hayley and Daniel’s wedding in Geneva, NY was the kind of celebration where personal story, design, and planning came together perfectly. Every element had intention—from the carefully curated aesthetics to the meaningful ways their friends and family were involved throughout the day.
The couple selected Ember Event Management’s partial planning package, and we worked closely with them in the lead-up to the wedding—finalizing floor plans, creating a detailed timeline, and managing vendor coordination for a day full of creative contributions and moving pieces. From a family friend and chef partnering with the local caterer on a stunning sushi display, to a professional violinist (and close friend) performing during the ceremony, to a designer friend creating custom centerpiece and church florals—this wasn’t your typical DIY wedding. And with Ember leading communication and coordination behind the scenes, the couple was free to focus on the celebration itself.
The reception at The Cracker Factory perfectly reflected Hayley’s design-forward vision. Thrifted glass vases—collected by the couple throughout the year—sat atop mirrored chargers that caught and reflected the light. Soft seafoam linens brought a romantic, airy contrast to the venue’s industrial architecture, and the surrounding gardens were in full bloom and the best backdrop for photos.
On the day-of, our team handled setup at both the St. Stephen’s Church and The Cracker Factory, repurposed key pieces between venues, and stayed on-site to support the couple and their wedding party. We made sure everything from shuttles to timing to transitions flowed —so Hayley and Daniel could be fully present.
After the formal reception wrapped, guests made their way to the afterparty at Linden Social Club, where the groom’s friend’s band took the stage—capping the night with even more personal connection and energy.
Hayley and Daniel’s wedding was a true reflection of them: deeply thoughtful, beautifully designed, and full of heart.
